Russell leaves a house party he met with his friends on a Friday night and goes to a bargain by himself. He spends the night here and meets Glen while he’s about to return home. Glen and Russell are involved in a mutual gossip game and eventually find themselves at Russell’s house. Both view it as a one-night relationship at the start, but they continue to think about each other day after day, leaving the next morning. Eventually they come back together and wait for a weekend to be moved to bars and bedrooms where they will talk about relationships, memories, fears. This weekend, which begins with a coincidence, will change his life completely. Tom Cullen and Chris New share the starring role in Andrew Haigh’s second feature in the award-winning Filmin director’s chair.
